The Challenge

Tenderd were expanding into international markets, and with that they were looking to transition into a product led company.

They were looking for a product leader who was not only a strategic thinker but also an executor, with the technical capability to guide engineers and deal with a complex platform consuming large amounts of data and consolidate into one alpha module.

We then market mapped B2B SaaS companies that have gone from 0-1 and 0-10 having real growth, narrowing in on the career trajectory of profiles that have had longevity and impact.

To conclude the process, we also devised an extensive tailored reference check based on the mission of the role and onboarding process.
