A digital health business working globally and tackling complex connectivity issues in remote areas, needing to expand with new hires into positions that they had never previously recruited for. Elephant had an internal team, however the team was at capacity and with no time to manage processes, direct applications or searches.
numi was tasked with identifying candidates with the ability to drive the business forwards whilst maintaining strong alignment to company values: Kindness, Candour, Respectfulness and Good Humour.
We were asked to compliment the internal team, supporting some hires whilst completely managing other process independently.
Over a multl year period, numi put together a team to take accountability for delivering on the mandate. We streamlined and efficiently managed the process, utilising Slack for instant messaging, weekly syncs for data reporting, feedback and calibration.
To maintain a diverse and inclusive candidate pipeline and process at all times, all job ads and outreach messages were gender decoded.
All candidates received a bespoke and personalised Candidate Pack, followed by a more detailed Candidate Interview Pack containing in-depth details of the process, all points of contacts, overview of the business and an FAQ section to ensure full process transparency.
